Out of the Weeds Fresh From Florida Artisan Dressings are in production! Two days almost complete, and one to go. The Sauceology Group cooked, bottled, labeled and boxed my Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette yesterday, Carrot Ginger is being boxed now, and Roasted Beet Vinaigrette will be created tomorrow. We will be bring all 3,800 pounds of the fresh from Florida wonderfulness from their production facility in Clearwater to Three Birds Tavern on Monday, and the 12 ounce bottles will be available for purchase starting Tuesday; $8 each, or a 3-pack for just $20.
I found a beautiful display case at Central Oddities & FUNK Living last week, and Dustin and Dean delivered it to us yesterday.
I’m meeting with Andi from Big Sea Design next week to continue work on this site, adding our commerce option, so you’ll be able to make purchases right here, online, and have the dressings shipped right to your door. Until then, please don’t hesitate to email orders to me at robin@threebirdstavern.com.
We will be throwing a launch party at Three Birds Tavern in October, so stay tuned for more details. And remember, I will be randomly selecting two winners next week from my subscribers here to win a 3-pack, one of each dressing, so share with your friends, please, and encourage them to subscribe to win!
I cannot tell you how excited I am, and how grateful I am to so many for their support. This is a dream becoming reality, and there’s more to come.
Cheers

I had the opportunity to sample the Roasted Red Beet and the Toasted Tomato, which were both phenomenal! I can’t wait to try the Carrot Ginger!
These are delicious. I will be ordering for myself and family.
Thank you for your support, Marsha!
Thank you for reading, Juliann! And, thank you or your support. Can’t wait for the next girl weekend. . . and Ireland!
